Famille Ogereau is grown on the black schist soils of Anjou in the Loire, this Cabernet Franc is fragrant, herbal and juicy. With an undercurrent of salinity and a backbone of graphite minerality, the texture is silky and dangerously moreish. The grapes are hand–harvested, fermented in concrete tanks and then moved to subterranean tanks to age in peace. This bag-in box wine is equivalent to 3 bottles, stays fresh six weeks from opening, is fully recyclable, and reduces carbon emissions by up to 90%.
