Hailing from the Rhône’s southernmost appellation, Lirac. Here, the soils are rich in clay and limestone, and sun shines brightly almost all year round, offering up a sumptuous, silky, deep red wine. The grapes are destemmed, and then fermented and aged in concrete tanks which help to harness the fragrant bright acidity that is the natural hallmark of Cinsault. This bag-in box wine is equivalent to 3 bottles, stays fresh six weeks from opening, is fully recyclable, and reduces carbon emissions by up to 90%.
