This handmade ceramic mug has a miniature sculpted cocker spaniel or golden retriever on the handle. Each cup has a hand-painted tennis ball and hearts along with tiny paw prints left by the cheeky pup.

A dog lover’s perfect companion, these are a lovely gift as the pooch can keep them company whilst they have a cup of tea or coffee.

Each cup is handmade from start to finish from a ball of white earthenware clay, so may vary slightly from the photographs.

They are thrown in small batches on my potter's wheel, then trimmed and have a hand pulled handle and modelled dog with pawprints applied prior to the first firing in my kiln. The cup is then painted and glazed before the final firing takes place.
