Made using coloured clay rather than a surface glaze, meaning the colour runs throughout the entire piece. Each clay is mixed by hand, resulting in subtle variations from one piece to the next.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and finish are to be expected.
Care
Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your piece. Not suitable for microwave use.

This unique and contemporary mug and saucer set is perfect for your morning brew.
Wheel-thrown in a stoneware clay, it is designed to sit comfortably in the hand and is perfectly sized for flat whites (approx. 200ml). The upper section is finished with a transparent gloss glaze for a smooth feel, while the unglazed base highlights the natural texture of the clay.
Available in four hand-mixed clay colours:
Damson - a soft mauve tone
Chalk - a warm off-white
Blush - a muted pink
Stone - a light speckled grey
The saucer has an off-centre indent cut into the surface to fit the coffee mug. This off-centred feature not only gives a quirky aesthetic but it allows room for resting a tea spoon or stashing biscuits!
