This ceramic candleholder is inspired by the paintings and patterns of Bloomsbury Artist, Vanessa Bell (1879-1961). Each one is completely unique and handmade in my garden studio in Sussex, England. This pattern is called 'Nessa', it is handpainted with unique patterns in coloured underglaze. They are made from iron rich stoneware clay which makes a lovely speckled effect on the surface of the glaze.
