Need to Know

Size and material depends entirely on the upcycled bat and stumps. I source second hand bats of different sizes (adult's and children's bats) and in a variety of conditions. The bats have wear and tear through use which gives each one a truly unique character. I recondition and make small repairs and spruce each one up with a protective wax and oil finish.
Approximate size guide:
- Child: length 70 - 75 cm x height 35 cm (small)
- Adult: length 80 - 85 cm x height 420 cm (large)

Transforming old, well-loved bats into fun functioning stools.There’s something so pleasing about the shape and feel of a cricket bat. The solid wood and sturdy flat front make for an excellent seat to perch on.The stumps are ready-made legs. I love that there are three of them which is the perfect number to make a classic stool structure for uneven surfaces - the tripod. I source old and vintage (no longer in use) bats and stumps to make the stools but get in touch through the Contact Us Form if you have a bat you’d like to breathe new life into for yourself or as a gift.
