Locally harvested Gorse flower and Carlingford Irish Seaweed in a high quality 70% Ecuador Chocolate.

Gorse flower adds a hint of Coconut flavour along with the lightly salty Seaweed makes a fantastic taste experience. A real complement of flavours from County Down local craft.

Ingredients: 70% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, Irish Seaweeds, dried gorse flowers (cacao solids 70% minimum).
