70% Ecuador chocolate
Mix burnt sugar
Orange bitters
Irish whiskey

Bean to bar, small batch crafted on the Mourne Mountain Coast..

Ingredients: 70% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, burnt sugar, dried orange, bitters, Killowen Irish Whiskey. (cacao solids 70% minimum)

All of our chocolate bars have a shelf life of 12 months
