Our Old Fashioned starts by using a good bourbon, the rule being that if you wouldn’t sip it by itself it has no place at the helm of an Old Fashioned.

We then blend the right amount of simple syrup and bitters to create the perfect combination of sweet and bitter, honouring the classic cocktail it is. Why mess with perfection?

ABV: 28% vol

Ingredients: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Simple Syrup, Bitters

Serving suggestions: Pour over an ice filled rocks glass and gently stir until thoroughly chilled. Squeeze the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.

Little: 0.2L / 200mL (Serves 3 cocktails)

Midi: 0.5L / 500mL (Serves 8 cocktails)
