A new series of chocolate bars inspired out of a love of local traditions & timeless classics.

The Island of Ireland contains some of the finest food & ingredients in the world. With this collection of craft Chocolate bars, we introduce a taste of Ireland’s unique flavours which combine fantastically with craft Chocolate. These bars marry old Irish traditions with ancient flavours of Cacao. We use burnt sugar, orange bitters, Irish Whiskey, Gorse Flowers, pinches of Irish sea salt, Soda Bread, Lavender, and even locally foraged Irish sea weeds.

Collection contains:
Old Fashioned, Dulaman, Salt Water Days, Lunasa and Soda Bread Chocolate Bars.

Enjoy our Irish Collection where you will get a taste thoughtfully crafted chocolate, made here on the Island, married with Irish local flavours.

This collection of five bars comes in a lovely cotton drawstring cloth bag for keeping.

All of our chocolate bars have a shelf life of 12 months

Ingredients:
60g Salt Water Days Chocolate Bar - 60% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, Irish Sea Salt, Edible gold dust, cacao nibs. (cacao solids 60% minimum).
60g Lúnasa Lavender Chocolate Bar - 60% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, cacao butter, real Irish Lavender, (cacao solids 60% minimum).
60g Dúlamán Chocolate Bar - 70% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, Irish Seaweeds, dried gorse flowers (cacao solids 70% minimum).
60g Irish Soda Bread Bar - 60% cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sea salt, Irish soda bread (flour, bicarbonate of soda, buttermilk, salt).
60g Old Fashioned Chocolate Bar -70% cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, burnt sugar, dried orange, Irish whiskey
