The Eau De Nil Tweed House Collar has a vintage feel in muted shades of cinnamon, teal, and silvery grey. A beautiful 1950's inspired tweed full of nostalgia. Made from 100% new wool, is pure luxury. This delicate palette makes this the perfect option for most colour hounds and is gender-neutral. This collar is lined with smokey grey Swiss velvet for a warm and cosy feel around your hound’s delicate neck, a trademark of Doggy Boho neck attire. Solid brass hardware continues the retro theme. A perfect choice for most pelts but particularly stunning on cream, fawn, brindle, or black hounds. Add a matching tweed dress lead for subtle and understated style.
House collars are ideal for carrying your dog’s I.D. tag. They are made to be worn at home and perfect for wearing with a harness for added personality and street cred when walking. They feature a single loop design that effortlessly slips over your dog’s head to sit on its natural neckline. When in place, you can easily adjust the hardware to find the perfect level of tightness. Although a house collar can be worn with a lead, it is important to remind you that our house collars are not always suitable walking-out collars for dogs with heads smaller than the circumference of their necks. this type of collar must be properly adjusted to suit your breed.
Our house collars are made using sturdy webbing which is then covered with high-quality fabric, boxed stitched for added security and finished with solid and robust hardware. We line all Doggy Boho collars with luxury Swiss velvet to give your dog a soft feel to enjoy and relax.
Collar Width: 1" (2.5cm), 1.5" (3.8cm), 2" (5cm)
The width of the collar is important. A collar that is too wide, may be uncomfortable, while one that is too narrow may not provide enough support. Generally, the width should be proportionate to your dog’s size: Small Dogs: 5/8 to 1 inch wide. Medium Dogs: 1 to 1.5 inches Long-necked breeds can carry a wider collar and will support their neck. Please take care to purchase the most appropriate width for your dog breed. If in doubt, contact us or your vet for advice.
Collar Sizing:
Extra Small: 8"-12" (20cm-30cm), Small: 12"-14" (30cm-35cm), Small-Medium: 14"-16" (35cm-40cm), Medium: 16"-18" (40cm-45cm), Large: 18"-20" (45cm-50cm), Extra Large: 20"-26" (50cm-66cm). Remember, martingale collars are adjustable but sized to fit over the widest part of your dog's head.
Caring for your Tweed House collar:
We recommend hand washing or spot cleaning the soiled area. This collar can be machine washed on a gentle cycle but not tumble dry. Air dry instead, it's better for the environment.

BREWOOD, STAFFORDSHIRE
With a degree in Fine Art and a dabble in Interior Design after leaving Art College. I am continuously inspired by art, colour, beautiful fabrics, and an unconventional bohemian style and artistic spirit. This is my inspiration when creating beautiful, handmade accessories for hounds who aspire to be noticed.
The excitement of sourcing beautiful fabrics brings me great pleasure and escapism. It allows momentary respite and a chance to recharge before jumping back into the fray, of running a small business alone. Working for myself allows me to bring together my two great passions. Creativity and my love of dogs. There is nothing more rewarding than helping to cement the magical marriage of humans and their dogs with something as simple as a new piece of neck-attire!
