Jon Bishop aka The Grey Earl

The Grey Earl

Perthshire, Scotland

Hello there, I'm The Grey Earl (my mum still calls me Jon), an illustrator making work from my studio, in the misty hills of Scotland... how mysterious.

I make funny cards for your favourite people, all with a distinct sense of humour and a healthy dollop of nostalgia. My work tends to appeal to that ever so hard to shop for demographic, men.

When I'm not drawing pictures or thinking up jolly japes for cards, I can be found chasing after my two daughters, bouncing on our trampoline or eating ice lollies, often all at the same time.
