A framed sign for your wall, capturing the golden glow of a seaside day. ‘Beside the Seaside’ is a unique piece made by hand, using traditional sign-painting techniques and the heritage craft of reverse glass gilding.
Pick a frame to suit your personal aesthetic: black, antique gold effect, or painted to match the background.
Pop this in a place where the sun shines; the gold leaf catches the light in different ways depending on the angle, creating a shimmering effect that changes throughout the day.
Each sign is hand-painted and unique, there will be painterly characteristics and imperfections, which some may find charming. Photos are illustrative.
