Lettering guide showing the four different options for various products - 'Thick and Thin', a more elegant, old-fashioned lettering style, 'Casual' - a fun, quirkier but still professional bold text, 'Script', a bouncy, fun lettering style and 'Block' - more basic capitals perfect for being bold.
Need to Know
  • Personalise your saw with your chosen wording (up to 25 characters), colour (up to 15 characters) and lettering style (Casual or Script). All personalisation is required.
  • Each saw is a hand-painted vintage piece, sourced individually.
  • Handles and wear level vary, but each is unique.
  • Please see the final photo for an example of a range of colours I can use - these may appear slightly different on different screens!
  • Everything is painted and gilded by hand - I do not screen, mask or print my signs, so small flaws and imperfections are to be expected.
  • Feel free to send over a pantone or RAL colour of the background colour you’d like, but please note that I colour-match by eye and so it may not be exact, but as close as I can get it.
  • Sold as a wall sign.
  • Made from a vintage saw blade, hand-painted and gilded.
  • Dimensions vary by size: Small (35-40cm long) or Large (50-65cm long).
  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non-refundable unless faulty/damaged.
  • Medium & Materials: Vintage handsaw, enamel paint.

A hand-painted vintage saw sign makes a thoughtful gift for anyone in your life that's particularly handy, DIY-obsessed or just somebody with a taste for one-of-a-kind pieces.

This customised vintage saw is made with care, you can choose anything from 'Dad's Workshop' to 'Do Not Enter'. Each vintage saw is personally sourced so you can know your purchase is bringing new life to a formerly forgotten piece of hardware.
