This luxury personalised baby card features a leather heart in a selection of colours. The heart is available in 3 sizes, small medium and large. The heart can be peeled off the card to create a cute little keepsake.
Choose to have the heart personalised with gold or silver font.
The card is left blank inside for your own message.

medium heart 6 cm x 6 cm- can fit two lines with 12 characters on each
