Nine layer screenprint and watercolour wash on Saunders Waterford paper. Framed in solid oak with Art Glass, which has low reflectivity and 70% UV protection.

Swallowtail butterflies feasting on the nectar of elderflowers. This glorious scene was inspired by trips to the English countryside in the Summertime, and has been created by screen printing nine layers of translucent inks over a background wash of yellow ochre watercolour, adding the golden glow of Summer and making each artwork unique.

Need to know

Framed size: W235mm x H295mm x D30mm.

Artwork paper size: Approx 148mm x 210mm / A5 with hand-torn and deckle edges, float mounted within the frame.

Due to the hand-painted layer, each artwork is slightly different within the edition.

Please note that this framed artwork will be double boxed with extra padding, using a mix of new and recycled materials to ensure safe delivery.
