Miniature screenprint and watercolour painting on Saunders Waterford 300gsm paper.
Quite unreal, the brightest things ever seen - in an old tree stump up the road right here in London; a pretty little family of Ruby Bolete. This artwork was created by screen printing six layers of translucent ink onto a wash of yellow ochre and neon yellow watercolour inks, adding a heady mixture of nostalgia and otherworldly glow to each piece.
Need to know
Paper size: Approx 80x80mm with hand-torn and deckle edges.
Limited edition of 20.
Please note that due to the hand-painted background layer each artwork is slightly different within the edition.
Please note that this artwork is sold unframed. The framed image is included to illustrate the look of this piece when float mounted in a frame, displaying the paper’s pretty edges.
