This design was first painted in May 2020, in the panicked early days of the pandemic when we were all stuck indoors with the people we shared our spaces with. It was both in honour of the late great Bill Withers and a rallying call to make it through in whatever way possible with the ones we love. The pandemic may be over but we still need that sense of togetherness and unity that is encapsulated so perfectly in the phrase.
