Leo - 'The Lion'.
Shown on this print is an approximate date span for Leo of July 23 – August 22. The dates may vary slightly each year due to Earth's orbit and leap years, so those born near the start or end should check their birth chart to confirm their sign.
The symbols at the bottom from left to right are the Leo zodiac sign, the Fire element symbol, and the symbol for its ruling planet, The Sun.

This one colour open edition linocut is hand inked in ultramarine using vegetable oil based ink on FSC-certified 350gsm off-white paper.

The relief block has been carved by hand from lino which has then been inked with a roller and printed on a Stephenson Blake galley proofing press.
Every care goes into making each print as perfect as possible but, due to the nature of the printing process, each print varies very slightly in depth of colour and texture and therefore has its own unique quality.
This print is sold unframed, the print is packaged in a board backed crystal clear cello print bag.
