From Greek mythology to Hindu motifs, cultures and artists around the world have used a range of symbols to represent love in art, and we look at a few of these in the art projects in this box - for example, the hug, the kiss, the heart and the dance!
The 'Lots of Love' Art Box includes:
• A booklet introducing the theme, with information about artists, art styles and techniques.
• Clear instructions on seven art projects, appropriate for children of any age (4 years and over), with tips to tailor each project for little ones.
• Includes LoLA book recommendations for further reading.
• Plenty of quality art materials for your child: a set of oil pastels, a set of water-colour paints, coffee filters, pipe cleaners, sticky foam for printing, a wooden heart for decorating and water-colour paper.
