Ajwain or carom seeds are an earthy, thyme-like herb that is often used to season breads and teas alike. Here you will find the spice encrusted into a dough boldly flavoured with Fairtrade organic cocoa powder, single-origin black peppercorn and fennel seeds. Sweetened delicately with a single-variety hand dried jaggery we dare you to have only one in a sitting.
