Great Taste 2023 One Star Winner!
We are bringing the Shrewsbury of Shropshire of the 1600s into the new milennial with our floral buttery biscuit speckled with caraway seeds.
While the British brought the Shrewsbury biscuit into India, at Biskut Bar, we decided to take what we were given and elevate it the only way we know how - with plants and herbs! Channeling dessert flavours of South Asia our butter biscuit is enhanced with a floral, citrus, liquorice treat by way of rose, pandan and caraway.

Ingredients: white spelt flour*, butter*, unrefined cane sugar, beetroot juice powder, caraway seeds, rosewater, kewari water, salt

Best Before: 3 months from time of purchase.
