INGREDIENTS
Milk Chocolate Shapes: Minimum cocoa solids 40%. Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Dark Chocolate Shapes: Dark chocolate: Cocoa solids min 60% (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
White Chocolate Shapes: Sugar, cocoa butter 29.5%, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
As our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients the maximum shelf life is 3 months from when they are made.
Regarding storage we recommend keeping our chocolates in a cool, dry place away from heat sources but not in the fridge.
