A personalised leather tag to decorate and identify Easter jars or baskets. This handmade leather disc can be customised with a name or short message, making it a chic and useful addition to your Easter treats.
The leather design is available in mint, lilac, pink, pale blue, or soft yellow. Each tag is set on a leather cord that can be tied around your chosen jar. Because leather is a natural material, each disc will be slightly different in texture and grain.
