The leather disc is available in mint, lilac, pale pink, pale blue or soft yellow, and is set on a leather cord to tie around a jar.
Personalisation is in capitals, with a maximum of 20 characters. An optional gift box is available. Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non-refundable.
