The board is made from three pieces of solid oak, laminated together to minimise movement in the wood. It is heavy enough to handle regular use, while still showing off the beauty of the wood. But it’s light enough to be held in one hand while washing.

We recommend treating your boards regularly with butcher block oil and each board comes with a small bottle enough for 5-6 treatments. More oil can be purchased either on our website or your local DIY store.

Our oak chopping boards are available in two thicknesses, but we’d recommend the thicker version to make your personalised messages more readable.
