This ceramic seagull holds a pork pie in its beak, a quirky seaside wall sculpture for any room. Handmade from stoneware clay, it is painted and glazed with a slightly shiny, opaque white finish. Each gull is made individually, so may be slightly different from the photographs. The gull has a black cord to hang on the wall.
Full of fun and humour, this unique gift would make a thoughtful present for someone who loves the seaside. Everyone seems to have a pesky gull story and Emily loves to recreate these as a fun memory. A great piece of seaside art that brings a smile and a memory of a fun day at the beach.
Emily hand builds all her flocking gulls from scratch from stoneware clay. She then paints them before the second firing. There is quite a flock to collect now, each gull holds a different food.
