Need to know

Printed onto a textured artist’ paper and individually cut by hand. You will get nine pigeons in a variety of sizes along a 3m length of waxed cotton thread.

Printed, cut and assembled in the UK.

Single sided.

Hello, I'm Karen and I'm the sole pair of hands behind Kettle of Fish Designs.

My background is in Fine Art and I believe it gives my work a distinctive style - it's made for homes which have a personality that develops over time and doesn't necessarily follow trends. Many of the materials I use are recycled, reclaimed, repurposed or upcycled which enhances their beauty and adds to the distinctive character that you only get from handmade.

I combine vintage imagery with a rustic aesthetic, so my pieces really suit environments that combine inherited pieces, quirky collections and secondhand finds.
