Joey Ruthers

hackney, London

Joey's passion for crafting beautiful objects began in childhood, inspired by her love for collecting shells, neat little rocks, and shiny trinkets. This lifelong fascination with tiny, exquisite objects now manifests in her meticulous attention to detail and the whimsical charm of her ceramics.

Her work is deeply influenced by folk art, ghost stories, and her beloved black cat, Maeby. These elements infuse her creations with a sense of enchantment and narrative, making each piece not only a decorative object but also a story waiting to be discovered.
