A celebration of bold, complex flavours, this trio features Poon’s latest sauces: Fermented Soybean Paste, Soybean Doubanjiang and Everything Everywhere Sauce.

Whether you’re enjoying it straight from the jar, preparing a simple bowl of noodles, or building depth of flavour in broths and braises, this trio will elevate everyday cooking with ease.

Fermented Soybean Paste; Smooth, mellow and deeply flavoursome. Use it as the backbone of soups, dips and braises, or whisk it into sauces for instant complexity.

Soybean Doubanjiang; Salty, savoury, aromatic. Our Doubanjiang brings heat, depth and intensely satisfying richness - ideal for stir-fries, marinades, mapo tofu, and dressings.

Everything Everywhere Sauce; A richly savoury, addictive all-rounder. Drizzle, dollop or stir into anything that needs a flavour lift. A go-to condiment that adds an exciting layer of flavour to any dish.

How to Use:
