A complex balance of savoury, spicy, and slightly sweet notes, our DBJ is your secret pantry superpower! It is bold, smoky, earthy and a perfect harmony of heat and richness. A fermented blend of soy beans and chilli peppers, our DBJ melds beautifully with meats, vegetables, or noodles.

It is bold, smoky, and a perfect balance between heat and richness. Use as a foundation for stir-fries, blend into sauces or use as a marinade for meats.

Stir into stews and braises, spoon (sparingly!) over noodles and rice as a condiment.
