STORAGE INFO:
Macarons keep well for 7 days at ambient temperature and for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, it is recommended to store them in an airtight container. If refrigerated, we recommend you take them out of the fridge and bring back to room temperature before eating, to take full advantage of their textures and flavours.

GIFTING:
Personalise your gift by including a handwritten message within one of our beautiful greeting cards, or have it gift wrapped in our beautiful wrapping paper, hand-tied with a lovely yellow ribbon.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We can deliver 7 days a week across Mainland UK. We ship with either Royal Mail or our Courier DX. Both couriers offer a fully tracked service. You can select a future delivery date and we'll dispatch your order 1-2 weekdays before. If opting for Standard Tracked, we advise choosing the day before your event / special occasion just to be safe. A Royal Mail or DX tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your order. Both couriers typically show you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Currently 95% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Sunday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.

REFUNDS POLICY:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if something isn’t right with your order, we are on hand to put this right! Simply get in touch with us and include your order number, a description of the issue and a picture of any damage or error and we’ll get back to you ASAP to resolve the issue for you.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to make it right.

Damaged items - All of our parcels are carefully packed and we go through great lengths to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that the courier has not totally been kind to our parcels and there is significant damage to your order we will replace the item. If the occasion has passed and a resend is no longer appropriate, we will credit your account for future use or offer a refund.
 
Cancelled items - If you have changed your mind and no longer want your order just get in touch with us and we will arrange this for you, provided your order has not already been made, packed or shipped. If your order has been made, packed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer a cancellation.

Returns - As our products are perishable, we unfortunately cannot offer returns if the order is unwanted.
