Need to Know
- A simple heart tree topper made from French knit cotton string and wire.
- Each heart measures approximately 15cm x 14cm x 1cm. The total length including the coil is 24cm.
- To fix the topper to your tree, twist the wire coil around the leader branch. I liken it to plaiting them together.
- Coil size options: Standard Coil (1cm diameter) for most real and narrower artificial trees, or Wide Coil (2cm diameter) for fuller trees, especially larger artificial trees.
- Decoration Material & Flammability Note: Keep away from candles, open flames and heat sources.
- Handmade. All measurements are approximate.
- I use Everlasto strings and twines from the James Lever Factory in Bolton, UK, where they've been manufacturing twine, cord and rope for over 150 years.
- All my string "things" are plastic free. I keep marketing materials to a minimum and all packaging I use can be re-used, composted and/or widely recycled.
- These Simple Heart Tree Toppers are available in three colours: Red, Pink and Natural (undyed cotton).
- Will fit securely to most real Christmas trees and narrower artificial trees.
- Natural cotton string is intended for practical uses so slight inconsistencies in colour, flecks and blemishes are all part of the charm.

A simple heart to sit proudly on top of the Christmas tree. Each one is made entirely by me: I dye the string at my kitchen sink, French knit it at a little mill set up in my living room, then thread it with wire and sculpt it by hand into a heart at my old oak dining table. There is most certainly a little bit of love in each of these hearts.
They are available in three colours: Red, Pink and Natural (undyed cotton).
