This Sloe Gin from Gin In A Tin is crafted using wild English sloe berries, hand-harvested from the Cotswold hedgerows. The berries are steeped in their original recipe gin for three to four months, following a cherished family method passed down through generations. The result is a perfectly balanced sloe gin, featuring notes of orange and plum alongside the delicious fruity essence of the wild foraged berries.
