Each pendant lampshade is hand-made individually and dip-dyed using cold water RIT dyes.

The knitting is treated with a moth proofing when washed and the wool has natural fire-retardant qualities.

We recommend the use of low wattage/eco bulbs of no more than 60w or equivalent, light bulb fitting at the top of the pendant is E27 with a UK size removable ring. The Nipped In shape has a double light bulb fitting at the top and centre.

With regards to cleaning, the lampshades are best vacuumed lightly to prevent the build-up of dust.

Dip-dyed Grain lighting is created using 100% British Portland wool from a British supplier.

The wool is knitted into strands and woven onto a metal frame. The frame is made of copper coated steel with a white enamel finish.
