All flowers are made to order, dispatch will be within 10-15 working days. Please not, if you place a larger order the dispatch may be delayed but you will be notified if that is the case. If you do require your order by a specific date, within reason, please ask and I can let you know what is possible.

The sizes available: Small - 15/20cm, Medium - 25/30cm, Large - 35/40cm (sizes may vary as each petal is hand cut and shaped and the texture of the paper means it won’t always be the same, but they are all made with the same amount of care and attention)

Each flower is made from Italian crepe paper and the larger petals include florist wire.

Please note they should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods of time as products will discolour, do not water or get wet and if they get a little dusty either use a light duster or a hairdryer on a cool heat from a distance.

Refunds are not offered after the despatch email is sent, however if your flowers arrive damaged, please visit holly.co/customerservice for any return queries.
