WANT TO FEEL MORE JOY?...
WANT TO FEEL MORE JOY?
In a world that thrives on bad news and gloom, it's easy to lose our way. Overwhelmed by 24-hour headlines, social media, our never-ending to-do lists and avalanching demands, it's no surprise we can forget to simply stop, see and feel.
Research has shown over and over again how gratitude is consistently associated with greater happiness - helping us relish good experiences, improve our health, deal with adversity and build strong relationships.
Being grateful also connects us to something larger than ourselves as individuals - whether this is to other people, nature, or a higher power. Practiced regularly, this map will change the way you see your world and experience life.

Mapology Guides
marleybone, London
Hi, I’m Tina. After years of personal inner work and a desire to give back, my love for design and personal development resulted in the creation of Mapology Guides - illustrated self-help maps for life’s journey.
We are all meant to thrive, yet mental health illnesses are at a record high. Providing these visual tools to help people gain self-awareness and self-knowledge is a true honour for me. I really feel it’s my purpose. I love empowering people. I love igniting their spark. I love imagining them thrive.
