  • Handmade from white earthenware clay with a hand-sculpted polar bear and paw prints, finished with white and clear food-safe glazes.
  • Dimensions: Cup diameter approximately 9 cm at the widest, height approximately 9 cm.
  • Each cup is glazed using a food safe glaze.
  • Hand washing is recommended, however may be washed in the dishwasher.
  • Each cup has a handmade quality so may vary slightly in form and look a little different from the photographs.

A whimsical ceramic mug with a hand-sculpted polar bear on the handle. Perfect for a winter morning coffee or a thoughtful gift for a warming drink in the winter or for Christmas...

A whimsical ceramic mug with a hand-sculpted polar bear on the handle. Perfect for a winter morning coffee or a thoughtful gift for a warming drink in the winter or for Christmas.

Each cup is handmade from start to finish from a ball of white earthenware clay, so may vary slightly from the photographs, as no two are identical and have an individual personality. Every cup is thrown in small batches on my potter's wheel, then trimmed and has a hand-pulled handle and bear applied prior to firing in my kiln. The cup is then painted and glazed with white and clear glazes before the final firing takes place.
