I am an illustrator, printmaker and designer living and working in Edinburgh, Scotland. Last year (at the age of 42) I quit my job as a picture framer to go full-time with my own business, making handprinted greetings cards. I studied illustration at Glasgow School of Art and decided that it was time to have a proper go at doing what I love. Being self-employed is a rollercoaster of emotions, but I love what I do and I hope I am building something special.

I love working with my hands, crafting something that is beautiful and tactile and made using traditional methods, combined with the best of modern technology. I love the beauty of ink on paper, and combining this with my passion for drawing means that I make products that are imbued with a real sense of care and the human touch. I hope that the people who receive my cards can see how much love goes into them.
