When I saw this vintage photo, it looked like these ladies knew the score, they knew women should be supporting women, and I loved the idea of going to these ladies for advice, and them giving the best pep talk, encouraging, motivating and standing with you!

The original vintage photo was hand embroidered, using a teal thread in satin stitch, professionally photographed and then professionally giclee printed, turning it into a stunning art print, most women can relate to!

The likeness to the original image is absolutely stunning.

One of my favourite things is to hunt out beautiful, but discarded vintage photos and give them a new lease of life. I love designing, then adding, hand embroidered embellishments to give them a fun, whimsical update. I then have these pieces professionally turned into fine art giclee prints.
