Ingredients: Colombian Dark Chocolate (96%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), Sour Cherry Granulates (3%) (glucose syrup, sour cherry, sugar, modified starch: potato; sodium alginate), Aleppo Chilli Flakes (<1%) (red pepper flakes, salt, sunflower oil), Natural Flavouring (<1%). Dark Chocolate contains cocoa solids 60% minimum.

Minimum shelf life is 3 months (though our chocolate usually stays at its best for much longer, as we make in small batches for maximum freshness).

Our aleppo chilli & cherry Bar is made using 60% single origin Colombian cacao with a sprinkling of fiery aleppo chilli flakes & Cherry for that dark chocolate hit with just the right sweetness. This bar is vegan friendly.
