Need to Know

Professional rich black (of course!) printmaker's ink.
Paper size: 42 cm x 29 cm which fits a standard A3 frame size.
Paper: A lovely off-white, acid-free 220 gsm professional printing paper.
Edition size: Limited edition of 100.
Each handmade print is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist (me!).

To be really clear, you are purchasing the print only. No frames or mounts included - framed and mounted prints shown in my images are for illustration purposes only.

Packaging: All my prints come unframed, with a protective card backing, and wrapped in a clear protective compostable & biodegradable alternative to cellophane. No plastic here! Then packed inside a card backed envelope.

Planet: I want my print making to have the least impact on the plant as possible. So I use professional UK made vegetable oil based eco-friendly printmaking inks (and no solvents are used in the studio). All prints are sent to you in plastic-free packaging too

A homage to Amy, this limited edition handmade print is part of my 'Women In Music' series...

A homage to Amy, this limited edition handmade print is part of my 'Women In Music' series.
Created using giant vintage wooden letterpress letters.

This print has been created by hand, using vintage wooden type blocks. Hand-set, hand inked, and then handprinted using eco-friendly professional printing ink onto lovely professional printing paper.

Each one is printed by hand, by me, in my Yorkshire studio. Because all my prints are printed by hand this makes every single one of them a unique reproduction, and subtle (and sometimes not so subtle!) variations will occur from print to print in detail. Which is the whole beauty of the process and creation of handmade prints - no two prints are ever exactly the same! You get a piece of art that is individual and unique.

My prints are created in limited editions, so each print is also hand titled, numbered and signed by me in pencil.
