Ingredients: 60% BEE POLLEN & HONEY Ingredients: (98%) Trapiche Colombian dark chocolate (cocoa solids 61% minimum) (cocoa mass, panela powder [dehydrated sugar cane juice], cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), (1%) bee pollen granules, (>1%) natural honey flavour.

Minimum shelf life is 3 months (though our chocolate usually stays at its best for much longer, as we make in small batches for maximum freshness).
