Lovely large platter, handmade made with a paper template on buff stoneware clay. When leather hard the platter has been decorated with slips and underglazes. The edge of the platter has a lovely soft scallop and this is also reflected in the lovely soft scallops in the swans wings.
Bisque fired and then dip glazed and fired to a high temperature of 1240 degrees.
Lovely to use for serving or as display. A great gift for an anniversary of wedding.
