This chocolate Starfish is 115g of hand painted Belgian couverture. Anyone interested in marine biology will find this a delightful edible gift.

The colours vary as each one is hand painted by real, human artists.

I modelled it on the echinoderm known commonly as the ‘chocolate chip starfish’ which comes in many colour combinations. It can range from browns to oranges to greens and blues in the real world.
