Snickers Old Fashioned: A classic Old Fashioned meets a Snickers bar….not sick and creamy, this sticks to the Old Fashioned formula, but packs a one two flavour punch of peanut butter and salted chocolate.
Moro Margarita: Made with salt preserved blood oranges that sit for a minimum of 3 months until they are soft. Once they have preserved, we strain the fruit from the liquid that the salt draws out, blend the fruit to a puree and then distill this with Volcan Tequila. With the crystal clear orange tequila, we then add fresh Volcan Tequila, sugar, citric acid and clarified blood orange salt. That saline is made by clarifying the liquid the salt pulls from the oranges, so brings some orange oils with it.
Kiwi Gimlet: Our outrageously good twist on a classic gimlet, made with fermented kiwi, kiwi vodka, Mercies gin, Discarded Grape Skin Vodka and magnolia leaf oil. Bright, floral and with an almost green apple freshness to it, it’s a firm favourite.
Rhubarb Negroni: Our classic take on the Negroni, made with our own house gin, Campari, and our seasonally made rhubarb vermouth. Bright, fruity and more refreshing than its older brother, but still just as moreish.
Garden Picante: Our herbal green take on the classic spicy Margarita! We use green peppers, cucumber, basil, tarragon, lovage, ginger and chillis to make the herbal, vegetal spirit that adds a whack of flavour to this drink. Soft lime gives brightness without overwhelming and lets the greens and Volcan Blanco Tequila shine.

Garden Picante: Distilled Mixed Herbs & Veg, Volcan Blanco Tequila, Mescal, Cucumber & Basil Extracts, Birds Eye Chilli, Lime Juice, Lactic Acid, Sugar, Filtered Water, Potassium Sorbate
Best Before: Stored in a cool dry place this will last a minimum of a year
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place
