Need to Know

Wipe with a damp cloth after use. Dry thoroughly.
Use minimal detergent, avoid abrasive sponges.
Don't soak it or put in the dishwasher!

I use Walrus oil (no walruses involved) - a premium food safe, 100% natural oil, made from mineral oil, coconut oil, vitamin E and beeswax.
The oil deeply penetrates the wood giving a rich silky smooth finish.
Replenish every 6-12 months depending on use .
