Need to Know

Dimensions: 54cm (including handle) x 30cm x 1.5 cm.

Care instructions:
Wipe with a damp cloth after use.
Use minimal detergent, avoid abrasive sponges.
Dry thoroughly after washing.
Don't soak the boards or put in the dishwasher.

I use Walrus oil (no walruses involved) - a premium food-safe 100% natural oil, made from mineral oil, coconut oil, vitamin E and beeswax.
The oil penetrates deep into the wood and leaves a silky smooth finish.

Durable, food-safe and full of character (even without the pizza)! Designed to be light weight, and shaped to be used as a pizza peel - straight from the oven to the table.

Handmade from solid oak, and finished with a light charring, using the traditional 'Yakisugi' technique to colour, preserve and seal hard wood.
