Need to Know
  • Sold individually.
  • Dimensions: 34cm x 26cm x 2cm.
  • Made from salvaged wood, hand cut, charred at the edges, sanded and finished with a natural oil.
  • Oiled with a premium food safe 100% natural oil, made from mineral oil, coconut oil, vitamin E and beeswax.
  • I use Walrus oil (no walruses involved) - it deeply penetrates the wood and gives a rich silky smooth finish.
  • Care: Wipe with a damp cloth after use.
  • Use minimal detergent, avoid abrasive sponges.
  • Don’t put in the dishwasher!
  • Replenish the oil every 6-12 months depending on use.

A toast-shaped serving board that brings warmth to any kitchen. Engraved with the cosy phrase 'Home is where the toast is', it makes a thoughtful housewarming gift or a lovely addition to your own kitchen.

The boards are hand cut and charred at the edges, like all the best toast, then sanded and rubbed down with a natural oil. Using salvaged wood, fire to colour the edges, and natural oils to finish means they are 100% natural and environmentally friendly.
