WANT TO BE MORE HOPEFUL?...
WANT TO BE MORE HOPEFUL?
Do you want the good news? You can choose a better and brighter tomorrow. Yes you can! How? By responding differently to what life throws your way. There are always going to be problems in life that are bigger than we are. But the way that we respond to them remain firmly in our own hands.
When we examine our attitudes and notice our habits, something interesting happens. We discover fresh ways to make life more hopeful, optimistic and cheerful.
This map offers you a guided tour around a high street of possibilities - the opportunity to window shop for alternative choices, try on a new mindset, dump unhelpful ways of thinking and invest in a happier, more fulfilling future.

Hi, I’m Tina. After years of personal inner work and a desire to give back, my love for design and personal development resulted in the creation of Mapology Guides - illustrated self-help maps for life’s journey.
We are all meant to thrive, yet mental health illnesses are at a record high. Providing these visual tools to help people gain self-awareness and self-knowledge is a true honour for me. I really feel it’s my purpose. I love empowering people. I love igniting their spark. I love imagining them thrive.
